What size should the logo be in Organization schema?
At least 112 x 112 pixels, in a format Google Images supports, at a URL Google can crawl. The logo should look good on a white background, so avoid mostly white or light grey logos.
Which page should have Organization markup?
Put it on the home page or one page that describes the organization, such as About Us. It does not need to be on every page. Google suggests using the most specific subtype, for example OnlineStore for an ecommerce site.

Does Organization schema create a knowledge panel?
No markup guarantees a knowledge panel. Organization structured data helps Google understand your logo, contact details and profiles, and Google may use it in knowledge panels and other visual elements. Consistent details across the web matter too.
Should a local business use Organization or LocalBusiness?
A business with a physical location customers visit should use a LocalBusiness subtype, which inherits all Organization properties. Online only companies should use Organization or a subtype like OnlineStore.
What should go in sameAs?
List URLs of official profiles on other sites that describe your organization, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube or Crunchbase. Only add profiles you control or that clearly describe your company.
Can I add Organization schema with a WordPress plugin?
Yes. Yoast and Rank Math let you set organization name, logo and social profiles in their settings. Use this generator to add properties those plugins skip, such as vatID, foundingDate or contact points.
Do I need both email and contactPoint?
Google lists email, telephone and contactPoint as recommended. A top level email and phone give the main contact, while contactPoint lets you label each one, such as customer service or sales. This tool outputs both.
